Fans of the Stargate series are in for a treat as Arkalis Interactive announces the release of Stargate SG-1: Unleashed, an episodic interactive adventure game for Android mobile and tablet devices. The first episode of this series is available for everyone on the Android Google Play store. The game is also currently available on iOS and the Amazon App Store.

What makes this even more exciting is the return of the original cast from the popular TV series, Stargate SG-1, are making a return to voice their characters for the game. The cast will be involved in a story that will take the team through the Stargate on a new adventure to reveal the mysteries behind a new enemy, the Goa’uld. This third person adventure will have you exploring new worlds, deciphering new technology and solving many cryptic puzzles.

“The fans have been asking for new Stargate content since the TV series ended years ago,” said Darren Thomas, Producer. “And we’re pleased that MGM has entrusted us to carry on the franchise via these interactive episodes. I think the fans really have something to get excited about.”
