The Cave, developed by Double Fine Productions, originally came out in January for Windows, Mac, Linux, WiiU, Xbox 360 and PS3. It was designed by one of gamings iconic figures, Ron Gilbert. The brain behind adventure game staples such as The Secret of Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle, he has left a huge stamp on the industry with his humour and style.
While The Cave didn’t reach the heights of his previous efforts, it was a fun little game. Fun that will be available on iOS this summer.
With new touch controls, players will be able to explore this platforming puzzle of a game. Following seven characters stuck within a sentient cave that wants them to face the dark sides of their personalities.
