Delsin Rowe (Voiced by Troy Baker) is looking more powerful and manoeuvrable then before as he can be seen effortlessly leaping around the environment taking out bad guys and causing havoc using his ability to control and manipulate smoke. That’s an interesting power compared to Cole’s Lightning based powers and we at VGU cannot wait to see the various ways that this new power will be put to use!
