Check out this developer trailer for the upcoming expansion to EVE Online, Odyssey. In the trailer, the development team talks about the updates that Odyssey will be bringing, including new ships and revamps to the mining system and economy. Odyssey also has a big emphasis on exploration including new exploration agents who help you through the new features.

High risk ore mining has always been the reserve of the crazy or large corporations who need it for construction, as it’s always safer and more profitable to just mine huge ammounts of the lower risk stuff. We’ll have to wait and see as to how these new changes mix up things in the EVE-verse.
