The final part in this alternate history themed DLC comes to a (probably) dramatic conclusion in Assassin’s Creed 3: Tyranny of King Washing – The Redemption. Connor, armed with the powers of the Eagle and the Wolf, has his sights set on finally taking down King Washington. The angle of alternate histories is ripe for potential in a series that hops about around timelines like Dr Who, so hopefully Ubisoft will explore this concept further if this DLC series goes down well. Just don’t release it in three parts next time.

It is available right now on PC and Xbox 360, with PS3 owners having to wait until tomorrow. Season pass holders will get it for free and others will have to pay £7.99.
