Deadly Premonition: Directors Cut Coming to Europe In April

Deadly Premonition was always going to be a cult classic. A strange horror plot about a person in a raincoat, side-quests gained by peering into peopels windows and smoking cigarettes to pass time. Add in a good lashing of inspiration from Twin Peaks and you have one hell of a game. While many players appreciated the odd tone and nature of the game, many others disliked it for the awful controls and bad voice acting.

Deadly Premonition is being given a second chance though in “Deadly Premonition: Directors Cut”. Coming out on PS3 April 26th, the update includes better controls and a graphics overhaul, making it the definitive version of Deadly Premonition.

Boxed versions of the game will come with 30 free days for Playstation Plus as well as other DLC bundles if pre-ordered before April 23rd. The offers can be found on their website. The game will also be available on the PSN store for anyone who wants to go the easy route.
