Aliens: Colonial Marines is set to receive the first DLC pack next month. Called Bug Hunt, the expansion features three new maps and has players taking on wave after wave of enemies co-operatively.
This is the first of four dlc packs coming to Aliens: Colonial Marines, with the other three containing a mixture of campaign and multiplayer content. These are expected to be out by the end of August.
Each pack will be available to buy separately or will be included in a Season Pass, which SEGA has confirmed is “a $29.99 / 2400 Microsoft Point bundle that offers a saving of almost over 40% over buying the content individually.” You can currently buy the pass on Steam for a limited time offer of £17.99 (originally priced £19.99) and it will be coming to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in the near future.
Aliens: Colonial Marines will be available on February 12th for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC with a Wii-U version confirmed for the first quarter of 2013. That means there’s still time to pre-order the Collector’s Edition, which contains a high-resin Powerloader replica, 4 playable movie characters, Ripley’s flamethrower and much more.
