Two Game devs from the Czech Republic who were imprisoned for photographing on a Greek military base and accused of being spies have been released on bail for 5000 euros (around $6700 or £4000). This allows them to finally return home after 128 days in Greek Prison.
The two devs were facing charges of espionage which could have landed them in jail for up to 20 years when in fact they were sightseeing and location scouting for an upcoming video game. This is good news as the pair were originally denied bail in November but after a strong campaign for their release this was overturned!
Bohemia Interactive has yet to comment about the return of two of their employees but Dean Hall, the man behind DayZ tweeted his happiness at his fellow workers release.
