Steam Machine announcements are coming in fast. Here enters the Zotac, a specialist mini PC best known for its Zbox line, who are previewing a Zbox Steam Machine set to arrive in the second half of the year.
The Zotac Zbox Steam Machine was shown at the CES event taking place in Las Vegas over the course of the week. The mini-ITX based gaming system is a compact mini-PC for factor that’s just a fraction of the size.

Valve’s SteamOS is a game-changer to the PC gaming market that enables us to deliver a game console experience that’s superior to the latest next-generation console,” said Carsten Berger, senior director, ZOTAC International. “Gamers can expect the latest Intel Core processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX graphics processor in the upcoming ZOTAC ZBOX Steam Machine for stunning visuals and world-class features.”
Whilst details have been thin on the ground, the company did provide us with information on the aesthetics of the system. The box features an all-black 3rd generation Zbox chassis and orange lighting and will come with the Steam Controller bundled.
