Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 may lack the combat cross of the original, but that doesn’t mean Dracula is doing things unarmed. In the latest Lords of Shadow trailer, we get to see the Void Sword, a blade famed for its restorative properties.

Serving the same function as light magic, the Void Sword will give Dracula health as he slashes away at Satan’s innumerable horde.

Out on PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows February 25, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is the conclusion to the Lord of Shadow Trilogy. MercurySteam have a lot to live up to, so it is only a matter of time before we find out if they can live up to their own hype.
