VGU Talks – Gaming Is Good For Your Brain
Time for some good news this time around on VGU Talks as I inform you guys as to how video games are good for your brains. All this information is from an article recently released by the BBC that I really recommend checking out.
At the start of the article it brushes over the idea of ‘video games cause violence’ with a small research discovery that shows increases in aggression after playing games. However it does state that the percentage does not prove or have any correlation between violence in real life.
The great thing about all of this is that yes, playing video games does indeed help your brain develop. This be whether you are at a young age, in your middle ages or if you are an elderly gamer. Just keep in mind one thing folks, this still isn’t an excuse for you to dodge out of revising for your exams. It improves brain growth, it does not teach your quantum mechanics or whatever the subject may be that you are studying.
So what do you think about this information concerning video games and your brain? Are you happy to hear that what your playing could be benefiting you? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
