Time and time again CD Projekt RED have taken the clear stance of vocally having no DRM in their PC games. This time is no different after stating The Witcher 3 will have “absolutely no DRM”.

These comes through a post on their official blog and expanded on the meaning of no DRM:

“It doesn’t matter if you choose to buy it on GOG.com and support us directly or buy the game in box format, you’ll still get the 100% DRM-free experience. And this goes for the whole world.”

The went on to state that the game will be also be coming out on Steam, and saying “the team isn’t going to exclude that community by any means.“

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One at some point in 2014.
