Steam have just recently announced Steam OS but the countdown did not end with just that.

As people have noticed there are three symbols with the Steam Universe announcement and if only one is coloured and links to the Steam OS then it would be safe to assume there are 2 more announcements coming our way.

In the recent announcement they said “free stand-alone operating system for living room machines” could this mean the next announcement is the Steam Box? Only 48 hours will tell.

After that there will be one more announcement but what could it be. If it is to do with the Steam Universe and it seemly about home users it is unlikely it will be anything like Half Life 3. Unless… Half Life 3 is a steam box exclusive. Food for thought.
