Bossa Studios original Games Jam surgery experience was an interesting little game made in Unity. After becoming a minor lets play success they continued development. Tomorrow Surgeon Simulator 2013 will be available on Steam.

Featuring new transplants, enviroments and an even more difficult Ambulance mode, it is trying to live up to the £6.99/$9.99/€9.99 price tag.
