On the official Prince of Persia Facebook page today they teased that some form of Prince of Persia news will be coming next week.

What could it be however? Could it be some form of tablet game much like Deus Ex: The Fall? A movie sequel? A continuation of the 2010 reboot or a second attempt at a fresh start?

Perhaps it is none of these things and instead another HD remake of one of the previous games or a port to mobile devices?

So many questions and seven days from any answers. The gaming world however could do with more 3D platformers and the Prince of Persia series was always a great series to fill that niche.
