Pokémon the Series XY is Coming Soon in 2014

Pokémon fans get ready to start 2014 with a bang as Pokémon the Series: XY is coming to Cartoon Network on Saturday, January 18th.

Catchy theme aside, this series starts off with rather quickly with Ash heading to Kalos, the new region introduced in Pokémon X and Y, meeting new friends and challenging a gym, all within the first episode. Anyone taking bets on what Pokémon he may catch? Will Pikachu be nerfed again? Will his inevitable Water-type Pokémon ever evolve (seriously, what is with that?) Tune in and find out.
