With Level-5’s latest 3DS entry waiting in the wings, Nintendo are inviting players to live their lives to the full in Fantasy Life’s latest trailer.

In the trailer, players can get a better idea of just which Job they may want to start off with in their new Fantasy Life. While each Job has been briefly explained to us before, this is the first time that we have a chance to look at each one individually, with a real insight into the type of activities each class will get up to. It also shows off the game’s variation of environments and locations, some providing surprising situations, such as the angler fishing in lava.

Though all the Jobs appear important to some degree, there is a distinct feeling that the game changing Jobs are really the combat driven ones, such as mercenary and magician, while the others act as a support to these. After all, you can’t save the world without a carpenter to make you a great bed to rest in or an alchemist to brew your health potions before you head out on your quests. However, we will have to wait until the game’s release on Friday to see just how balanced the classes are.

Fantasy Life will be available from September 26th on 3DS. Stay tuned to VGU to see what we thought of the game in our review, out next week.
