- The night of July 2, they started an investigation and confirmed there was a large amount of access errors occurring.
- Unauthorized logins were confirmed to be occurring from July 4th to 9th of June.
- The amount of unauthorized logins totalled 23,926 reviews (attempted 15,457,485 times)!
- The customer information that could have been effected includes: name, address, phone number, e-mail addresses.
Thankfully, no credit cards are used via Club Nintendo which is good news, however, Nintendo are asking for everyone to make new passwords and keep an eye out for anything that could help them find out what happened.
