Focus Home Interactive are working on a next-gen Call of Cthulhu which will be coming to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Call of Cthulhu will be based on the pen to paper role-playing game of the same name which was inspired by writer H.P.Lovecraft’s The Call of Cthulhu short story.

“We are aiming to continue this tradition and to present our very own contribution to Lovecraftian heritage with a video game,” Frogwares says on its website where you can also see pieces of concept art for the game.

Frogwares are best known for their Sherlock Holmes based series of adventure games, and released Magrunner: Dark Pulse last year.
