If you wanted more info on the little critters you can use in Ni No Kuni then get yourself over to the Ni No Kuni Facebook Page and "Like" it. The more likes the page gets the more information will be revealed about various new familiars and there designs, as well as this there is also a little introduction to what familiars actually are and how they come into being!
There is currently only one familiar on show at this moment in time, a Hog-Goblin and all its variations, which looks really cool. I like his purple design (the Gobforsaken) the most, looks like a burglar!
