Milestone Reveal RIDE Customization

Milestone s.r.l. have released a batch of screenshots and information regarding customization in RIDE, its first exclusive IP – playable from 20 March 2015.

These customization options feature over 100 items of clothing and accessories for male and female characters. This includes popular brands such as AGV, Alpinestars, Arai, Dainese, Shoei and many more. On top of this, RIDE will feature 20 bike upgrade packs and a wide range of styles for your RIDE-AVATAR.

RIDE players can customise their rider starting with their gender, haircut and style. The player can then dress their rider in full racing gear or a more casual look, with helmets, visors, suits, boots, gloves, jeans, and jackets featuring as all officially licensed gear.

The bike is the focal point of RIDE, and the bike Upgrade Packs are an essential part of the experience. The player can upgrade the engine, transmission, brake system, suspension system, wheels, and look of the bike. The changes influence the bike’s performance on the track, and in some cases – such as the exhaust system – the sound of your bike. In an attempt to maintain the high level of realism; the changes and customisable features available reflect each individual manufacturer’s official options.

All the game items used for Rider and Bike customisation are accessible right from the start of the game. They can be acquired through a simple system of earning Credits. This virtual currency can be earned in any game mode, both online and offline.

RIDE offers players the chance to ride over 100 bikes, in 4 different categories – Superbikes, Supersports, Naked, and Historical Bikes. These bikes can be enjoyed over a huge variety of city, country and historic circuits from the world of motorcycling. All these customization options presents RIDE players with a vast array of options in the hope of keeping gameplay fresh and a long term play. The RIDE experience aims to provide players and riders alike a game for the true motorcyclist.

RIDE is currently in development at the Milestone studios in Italy. It will be available on 20th March 2015 published by Milestone for Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows PC, Steam, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
