Earlier this week, Microsoft and Telltale stumbled into huge trouble when the season pass for The Wolf Among Us didn’t activate for Xbox 360 users. Today, with the problem still yet to be resolved, Microsoft are issuing season pass holders with a code for Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors, to prevent players being denied their content any longer.

The codes were sent out within the last 12 hours, so if you haven’t picked yours up yet you should see a message like the one below when you next sign in to Xbox Live.

While this is a somewhat generous move from Microsoft, it still remains a big problem that the season pass is not working. However, with two months to get it back on track, here’s hoping this won’t be a future issue for Telltale releases.
