A recent post from the Mighty No.9’s Kickstarter page has revealed that the amazing composer Takashi Tateishi, who worked on some of the old Mega Man titles, has joined the team to work on some music for Mighty No. 9:

“We know Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest, but with but just 2 days left until the end of our Kickstarter, we couldn’t stop now — especially not with the announcement we can finally make today: Mega Man 2 composer Takashi Tateishi is officially on board for Mighty No. 9! Tateishi-san’s tunes are the type you can’t get out of your head, the kind you find yourself humming in the shower, or covering in your band — it’s no accident they’ve become some of the best-known songs in all of gaming!”

This is some great news and we hope that this new may encourage you to back this kickstarter as it is looking really cool, Takashi Tateishi is a great composer and is sure to produce some catchy tunes for the Mighty No. 9.
