The next addition in the series featuring Mario & Donkey Kong has been announced in the recent Nintendo Direct. Mario & Donkey Kong: Minis On The Move is on its way to 3DS May 9th.

The game will feature the players using the bottom screen to create different paths for the minis to traverse on the top screen. A new art style has also been shown for the game showcasing the use of the 3D.

Levels will vary in difficulty whether it will be a limited number of tiles available, Simultaneous minis to direct or big levels to traverse. The game features more than one hundred and eighty stages to give players alot of challenges and variation.

On top of the stages available on release, players can construct their own levels and share them with others unlocking the potential to create an infinite amount of stages for peoples to complete.

As well as the main puzzle experience, four mini games will also be available that will take advantage of both screens to give players a break.
