LEGO Lord of the Rings launches on iOS

Warner Bros. and TT Games have today launched LEGO Lord of the Rings on Apple’s iOS.

The game is one of many Lego-fied franchises that TT has developed a game with, notable for its trademark humour and its vast array of playable characters. This version is no different, and features over 90 of Middle Earth’s finest heroes and villains.

The game chronicles the flim trilogy of Lord of the Rings, from The Fellowship of the Ring all the way through The Two Towers and The Return of the King, featuring audio and voice clips from the three Peter Jackson movies – which was a first for a Lego game. The game will feature all the memorable movie moments with that distinct TT Games twist.

The game will offer multiple control schemes due to the touch-screen input, as well as new mechanics specifically designed for the hardware. Lego Lord of the Rings is available now for a reasonable £2.99 in iOS. There is no word yet on an Android version so far.
