While Suda 51 is only serving as the executive director for this title, this first english trailer shows off his penchant for the over-dramatic and cryptic. Seeming equal parts No More Heroes and Killer7, Killer is Dead follows assassin Mondo Zappa. As the partially cybernetic hitman the game seems to be the dark reflection of Suda’s previous game, Lollipop Chainsaw.

Killer is Dead is set for world-wide release in the third-quarter of this year.
