Kiefer Sutherland Featuring In Next Mortal Kombat Title

TV and film star, Kiefer Sutherland, has confirmed not only that there is a new Mortal Kombat game being developed, but that he is also featuring in it.

Talking with IGN about his future role as Big Boss in Metal Gear Solid 5, Sutherland stated “I did Mortal Kombat, and that’s such a huge game, but it’s so not like Metal Gear Solid 5.

NetherRealm Studios is yet to announce the next Mortal Kombat game, but after the well received 2011 reboot, as well as Injustice: Gods Among Us, a sequel seemed likely for the long-running series.

It’s unspecified what role Sutherland had, but, even before Metal Gear Solid 5, he has featured in a few video games. Starring in 24: The Game, as well as Call of Duty: World at War, Sutherland isn’t inexperience when it comes to the virtual realm.
