Imperial City Now Available for PS4 and Xbox One

Do we have your ear, citizen? Good, because we have some good news for you console-playing ESO fans. The Imperial City DLC is now available to download on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

What does this mean for the players? Well it means you get a content pack that adds hours of new gameplay to the already humongous MMO. In this DLC pack the Imperial City has fallen to the Daedric Prince, Molag Bal. It is up to the players to defeat both the Daedric forces and each other.

This DLC also offers:

  • New PVE and PVP content

Featuring six distinct Imperial District across the city where players will fight against Daedric forces as well as PVP in order to fight each other.

  • Additional Dungeons

Yeah, we all know how much you MMO players love your dungeons, and so do the folks at ESO as they have added the Imperial sewers network which will offer new PVP and PVE challenges for small groups of adventurers. There is also the White-Gold Tower and the Imperial Prison which will feature PVE challenges with both Normal and Veteran difficulties.

  • New Quests, Enemies and Characters

What is a content pack without the main focus of content? In this case that is the addition of new quests for the casual players to indulge themselves in whilst they get lost in the world of Elder Scrolls.

  • Additional Weapons, Armour and Currency

Now you’re probably thinking how you will go about showing off to other players that you have played through the Imperial City DLC, look no further than the array of exclusive items in the DLC pack, including the Tel Var Stones; a new currency system from the DLC which will allow you access to new and exclusive Veteran Rank 16 weapons, also the opportunity to plunder new Treasure Vaults in order to gain new, shiny equipment.

Imperial City has already been around for a while on the PC and Mac, but this is now the opportunity for console players to return to Imperial City and plunder it for all it’s worth. If you have an active ESO plus membership, then you will already be playing the Imperial City DLC for free. For those who don’t, have no fear as the DLC is available for 2,500 crowns on the ESO Store.
