Goat Simulator – A New Platform

Coffee Stain Studios have announced that Goat Simulator will be making its way onto the Xbox One. The Swedish based studio have teamed up with Double Eleven, a UK based company founded by ex Rockstar Games developers. This move will utilise Microsoft’s ID@Xbox self-publishing system.

Double Eleven promise to honour the hilarity and unique nature of the original game, with CEO Lee Hutchinson stating “We’re delighted to be working with Coffee Stain. They’ve created something truly enjoyable and completely disruptive; we want to bring that to Xbox One.”

The announcement, made at Gamescom, will see the deliberately left in bugs fling themselves over to new technology. The original PC release gained a high interest thanks to YouTube coverage. There is no release date as yet, but the game will also be available to iOS and Android in the near future.
