Update: Tickets for Friday are not also sold out. You are still able to pick up tickets for the other days such as Sunday.

If you were looking at going to Gamescom 2015 in Cologne Germany on Saturday 6th August then you are out of luck. The tickets which went on advance sale to the general public are now sold out.

You can still buy tickets for the other days through the Gamescom website and if you really want to attend on Saturday there will be some on site tickets for the afternoon only which is from 2PM onwards. The amount of tickets for the afternoon on Saturday will entirely depend on the capacity of the venue and the flow of visitors.

Thursday, Friday or Sunday tickets are still available through the Ticket Shop on the Gamescom website. Admission into the event also counts as vaild travel cards for the Rhein-Sieg (VRS) and Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) so no need to purchase extra tickets for transport. Hall 11 will once again function as the entrance hall exclusively for advance sale ticket holders.
