2K Games and Turtle Rock Studios revealed today that the open beta test for Evolve will be exclusive to Xbox One console owners. When is it coming I hear you ask? The open beta is set to begin on January 15 at 6AM ET.

Players will be able to experience Hunt mode and unlock new monsters and hunters as they play. Any hunters and monsters that you unlock during the Xbox One open beta will carry over to the retail version of the game.

On January 17 Evolve gamers will allow access to Evacuation, which is a campaign that combines maps and modes into a replayable experience. More information about the beta can be found on the Evolve website.

Evolve will be available February 10, 2015 worldwide for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
