SimCity fans get ready, because Electronic Arts have announced a second closed beta for their newest game. In order to give more fans a taste of the game the closed beta will be running from 1400GMT on February 16th to 1400GMT on February 17th. While it may only be a day long this beta is set to feature an enhanced version of everything offered in the original hour-long slice of gameplay in the January beta.

If you haven’t already signed up for the beta you can sign up on the SimCity beta site, and sign-ups end at 1400GMT on February 11th. 

Alongside this Maxis has also revealed a new trailer showing off the exclusive Limited Edition content, which you can view below. SimCity will be released 5th March 2013 for PC. One of my favourite parts of SimCity used to be destroying a city using disasters when you got bored or wanted to start again, so I can’t wait to see what this one will let me do. Are you looking forward to the latest city building installment?
