During the Nintendo World Championships 2015 stream, Nintendo have revealed a big surprise. The original Mother has now arrived on the Wii U Virtual Console, under the name of Earthbound Beginnings. Originally released on the NES many years ago, it will be available later today on the Nintendo eShop .
