Dragon’s Crown Finally Released in Europe

Dragon’s Crown has finally been released in Europe. The game has been released on PS3 and PSVita in stores, and the download version will go on PS Store next week on October 16th.

Developed by Vanillaware, creators of such classics as Odin Sphere and Muramasa: The Demon Blade, the game features 2D hand-drawn art and and all the loot-dropping dungeon crawling gameplay you’d see in something like Diablo or Torchlight, combine with the combo beat-em up style of Final Fight or Streets of Rage. This winning combination is now available in Europe, several weeks after its US release.

4 players each pick a class and then head into battle, which can played locally or online with upt to 4 players. The game will also receive a patch at some time in the future that will add cross-play functionality between the PS3 and PSVita versions.
