You’ve tried the nightmare on Playstation 3, perhaps screaming hours on end in frustration. Well be prepared to experience it again when it becomes downloadable on the PSN. Released on the 8th Januart 2013 for $19.99 (about £12.30), ATLUS are celebrating its release by hosting a World Tendency Event for one week starting 8th January and ending on the 14th January, which will set the servers to Pure White.

Pure White Tendency brings a number of changes to the game, including an adjustment to the easier difficulty setting (where enemies have decreased HP, attack power and defense), enemies will drop fewer upgrade stones and more healing items and new areas and special NPC’s will be open; you just need to know where to find them.

Rated 9/10 on Game Informer and 9.4/10 on IGN, Demon’s Souls has been hailed as “one of the most challenging quests of your life” and “one of the most unique and rewarding games you’ll ever play”. This Pure White Tendency is a rare occurance in the game, so make sure you check it out as soon as you can!
