In the next installment of the Dead Island universe, Deep Silver are giving us a new spin on the series by turning Dead Island into a multiplayer battle arena. The MOBA will be a PC exclusive and include the usual traits of a Dead Island game, that being fighting zombies with melee combat in a large open world. 

Since this new title will be a MOBA title, joining games like DOTA 2 and Super Monday Night Combat, it is unclear whether this time around you will be able to play as the zombies or not. The game will be free-to-play with no further information regarding launch window given.
