It seems as though a next-gen Street Fighter title is still a long way off. When asked by users on Twitter about a possible next-gen Street Fighter game, Ono responded with a quick tweet about how the Capcom team doesn’t have the reasearch and development budget or the manpower, choosing instead to focus their efforts on the recently-announced Ultra Street Fighter IV for current-gen systems.

Ono also confirmed that Capcom has no plans for a Wii U version of Ultra Street Fighter IV, leaving Nintendo fans still without any version of Street Fighter IV for their consoles.
