Not the best news for Batman fans today as Warner Brothers in a tweet today announced that the latest installment in the Arkham series, Batman: Arkham Knight, won’t be releasing until the 2nd of June 2015. The 4th entry in the Arkham series, which is being developed by original developer Rocksteady, was supposed to be released this year but was pushed back by Warner Brothers to some time in 2015.

Fans were no doubt hoping for an early 2015 release but will now have to wait until the middle of the year to drive that Batmobile around the streets of Gotham. At least the game is definitely on its way, and hasn’t been thrown in Arkham Asylum like a low level Batman villain.
