Tales of Xillia 2, the sequel to the thirteenth entry in the Tales series will be released this Friday. In order to prepare us for the game, Bandai Namco have released a launch trailer named The Fated Countdown, that shows off a number of important elements and elaborates the choice mechanic that has been implemented into the second game.

The final countdown has begun for two strangers, Ludger and Elle, as they endeavor to travel to the land of Canaan, where it is rumoured that wishes come true. Along the way, many life altering choices will be made, as well as meeting Jude Mathis and Milla Maxwell, the heroes of Tales of Xillia, and recruiting a whole new team of adventurers.
