Universal and  Legendary have pushed back the release date for the World of Warcraft movie. According to a report in Variety, the original release date of December 18, 2015, has been moved to March 11, 2016.

No reason for the delay was given, but rumors are circulating that it is due to the release of Star Wars Episode VII being on the same day. World of Warcraft may still be huge, but we aren’t sure if it is Star Wars huge.

A World of Warcraft movie has been rumored to have been in the works since the games massive success back in 2004, but only recently has it been confirmed.
