Guerrilla Games are hot off the release of Killzone: Shadow Fall and rumors are already flying that they are working on a new RPG. Whether this will be set in the Killzone universe no one knows, but according to a post on NeoGaf via VG24/7, they have recently hired a man who specializes in writing such games.

John Gonzalez has reportedly left Obsidian Games, having been the lead writer in their previous project Fallout: New Vegas. His current LinkedIn profile lists his current job as “Lead Writer at Guerrilla Games“. It also states that “My focus is storytelling for open-world role-playing games. Because they are awesome.” This adds credence to the rumor that Guerrilla may be creating a PS4 RPG, but in no way confirms it.

Gonzalez hasn’t only worked on RPG’s though, having previously penned the tales for 2003’s action-oriented Alter Echo and 2008 RTS Tom Clancy’s End War.

What do you think? Would you like to see Guerrilla Games do something other than a shooter on the PS4? Let us know in the comments.
