SyFy has renewed Defiance, the show that accompanys the MMORPG for a second season only 4 episodes into season 1. 13 new episodes are set to come out in 2014 which is a great success for a game based show as we’ve not seen success like this for a game based show in many years.

Not only is the TV show set to continue, the game is due to have 5 DLC updates throughout 2013 the first of which will introduce the Castithan species. You can check out full details of the new content on Defiance’s website.
