“What will happen if we can’t obtain an Alice license from EA? Well, just ask Dorothy!”

Exciting news from Spicy Horse! According to Kelly Heckmen, Spicy Horse’s community Manager, and the Spicy Horse Facebook page the new game will “be based on the entire Oz series – almost all 14 titles – so expect to see unique things not seen in previous incarnations!” and she also stressed that “This is not, in any way, shape or form, the title from 2004”.

SO it seems Spicy Horse is working on two Kickstarters, one for Alice: Otherlands and for this Oz based title, the latter being developed if the talks with EA for the rights to Alice fall through. Either way, the fans should be pleased!
